Comprehensive five-semester program designed to prepare competent entry-level Paramedics in cognitive, psychomotor, and affective learning domains. Curriculum provides strong educational background in anatomy, physiology, and emergency pre-hospital care combined with general education courses. Successful completion enables students to take the National Registry of EMTs Paramedic Exam and apply for Alabama Paramedic license. Paramedic level courses are offered only on the Sumiton Campus.
