Prepares students for state certification as an Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic. Students learn to recognize patient conditions, use emergency care techniques and equipment to stabilize patients, and transport them to hospitals. Includes laboratory practice and clinical observation in hospital emergency rooms and ambulances.
