This course demonstrates both the cognitive and psychomotor skills required to challenge the NREMT Advanced EMT certification exam. Topics include assessment and management of medical and trauma emergencies. Advanced skills such as manual defibrillation, intravenous cannulation, and use of pharmacological agents for pain, respiratory emergencies and diabetic emergencies will be covered.
