A 5-month paid (stipend) program for young people between ages 18-26 that trains youth as Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and prepares them for careers in healthcare and public service. Participants receive daily EMT classes, tutoring, life coaching, physical fitness training, career development workshops, and mentorship support.
